Beer with Nitrogen: Dispensing Beer with premix gas mixture

Recently, talking with a great master brewer, who owns his own pub, I asked him why he had acquired our gas mixer for beer dispensing, since his pub was already pushing beer with premix gas mixture (commercial gas mixtures).

His answer was quick and direct: Savings and return on investment !!!

From there, he shared some very interesting numbers:

1) Monthly, his pub dispenses 1.600 litres of draft beer;

2) To dispense such volume, he consumes  27 m3 of commercial premix gas mixture with a monthly cost of US$ 325, that is, he paid US$ 12.00 for each m3 of the mixture;

3) Investing in our gas mixer, MANÁCHOPP, and doing its own gas mixture, the beer dispensing cost drops to US$ 2,6 per m3, with a monthly total dispensing cost of US$ 70;

4) Monthly total savings of US$ 254 (between 75 to 80% saving) and ROI in 3.2 months.

Of course, savings can vary between different bars depending on the volume of draft beer sold and the cost of purchasing the commercial mix.

However, especially at this point in time, every drop of savings can be very important.
