MANÁSOLDA®
The GMAW welding process or MIG (Metal Inert Gas) or MAG (Metal Active Gas) welding processes, can be applied to most metals, such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, among others. It is a process of electric arc welding, uncoated electrode, which joins the metallic material by heating and melting. It is a type of weld that allows welding speed, less material deformation, good bead finish and good quality welding.
This process requires the mixing of shielding gases in exact concentrations to ensure the protection of the electric arc, the transfer of the metal, prevent the pool of fusion from being contaminated by atmospheric air and positively influence the speed, type of cord, amount of fumes, welding speed and even production costs.
For precision, safety and productivity in welding processes, the quality of the gas/mixture used is extremely important. This result is only achieved with mixtures of exact gases that allow repeatability throughout the process. Our mixers provide the ideal mix according to the demand of each process, offering models with fixed or variable output options.
Gas mixer designed and manufactured for the welding process, which allows mixing between 02 gases, with flow rate and outlet pressure control. From 0 to 100% content adjustable gas mixing output.
Compact gas mixer designed and manufactured for the welding process, which allows mixing between 02 gases, with outlet flow rate control. From 0 to 100% content adjustable gas mixing output. Requires cylinder/first stage pressure regulators for both input gases.
